Rent-to-Own

Rent-to-Own Buildings are a simple alternative to storage units. All Rent-to-Own contracts are for 36 months, and the monthly rate depends on the size and style of building you choose.
You pay your first payment and 10% of the total cost as a down payment. Then, the building is delivered to your home or business and placed exactly where you want it. The location must be accessible at all times by a truck and trailer for delivery, and during your rental contract. After making 35 additional payments on time, you twill own your building and recieve a Certificate of Ownership.
